This Refund & Fee Policy outlines the service fees charged by Expert Trip Advisory and the conditions under which refunds may be issued. By using our services, you agree to the terms described below.

1. Our Services Are Fee-Based

Expert Trip Advisory is an independent third-party travel assistance company. We charge a service fee for the guidance, advocacy, and navigational assistance we provide to travelers. Our fees are separate from — and in addition to — any costs charged by airlines, cruise lines, hotels, or online travel agencies (OTAs).

2. Fee Disclosure

All service fees are disclosed to you clearly and verbally before any work begins. You will never be charged without your explicit agreement. Fees vary depending on:

• The nature and complexity of your travel issue
• The type of assistance required (e.g., rebooking, refund pursuit, dispute escalation)
• The time and resources required to resolve your case

We will always provide a fee estimate upfront. No hidden charges, no surprise billing.

3. What Our Fee Covers

Your service fee covers:

• Live agent consultation and case review
• Guidance on your rights under airline, cruise, or OTA policies
• Advocacy and follow-up on your behalf
• Assistance navigating refund processes, rebooking options, and dispute escalation

Our fee does not cover any airline change fees, cancellation penalties, fare differences, cruise line charges, hotel fees, or other costs imposed by the travel provider. Those remain your responsibility.

4. No Guarantee of Outcome

Expert Trip Advisory provides expert guidance and advocacy services. We do not guarantee any specific outcome, including but not limited to refunds, rebooking on a specific flight, or resolution of a dispute. Final decisions regarding refunds, credits, or changes rest solely with the airline, cruise line, hotel, or OTA involved.

Our service fee is charged for the assistance we provide — not for a guaranteed result.

5. Refund Policy for Our Service Fee

Because our services involve the immediate deployment of live agent time and expertise, our service fees are generally non-refundable once assistance has begun. Specifically:

• Before service begins: If you change your mind before an agent begins working on your case, you will not be charged.
• After service begins: Once an agent has reviewed your case and begun providing assistance, the service fee is non-refundable, regardless of the outcome obtained from the travel provider.
• Dispute resolution: If you believe you were charged in error, contact us at +1 (877) 770-0880 within 7 days of the charge and we will review your case.

6. Third-Party Refunds

Any refunds, credits, or compensation you receive from an airline, cruise line, hotel, or OTA as a result of our assistance are paid directly to you by that travel provider — not through Expert Trip Advisory. We have no control over the timing or amount of third-party refunds.

7. Payment

Payment for our services is collected at the time of or immediately following your consultation, as agreed verbally with your agent. We accept major credit and debit cards.
